SD1 full automatic dry biochemical analyzer is a bio-based analyzer based on microcomputer. It is recommended to use with the matching test reagent tray.
It is used to detect the concentration of chemical substances in the sample, and adopts the corresponding method of the project as the end point, the rate, the two-point method, and the eight-segment wavelength synchronous detection.
SD1 full automatic dry biochemical analyzer use the principle of absorption spectroscopy.
The absorption spectrum is mainly used for biochemical reaction tests, and its working principle is: multiple sets of detection reagents are pre-loaded in the reagent tray to form an independent "reaction chamber".
The collected blood sample is added to the reagent disk, and then the reagent disk is placed in the analyzer.
The system is controlled by the microcomputer processor, and the biochemical substance in the blood enters the “reaction chamber” and chemically reacts with the corresponding specific reagent to produce a color change.
The absorption spectrum is used to detect the change, and the calculation is performed by a microcomputer to determine the concentration of the changed substance in the blood to achieve the purpose of detection;
the turbid metric method is mainly used for immunochemical tests, and the working principle is: antigen antibody. After binding, an immune complex is formed, and the turbidity of the complex polymerization occurs within a certain period of time.
When light passes through the solution, it can be absorbed by the immune complex.
The more the immune complex is, the more light is absorbed. The amount of light absorbed is proportional to the amount of immune complex within a certain range.
The absorbance value is measured by the optical path component transmission, and the content of the complex is proportional to the absorbance value.
Similarly, when the amount of the antibody is constant, the absorbance value is also proportional to the antigen content, and the concentration and the content of the immune complex are determined by a microcomputer to determine the concentration of the immune complex to achieve the detection purpose. The results are automatically displayed and printed after the analysis is completed.
